Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned

transfer order dated 24.09.2021 (Annex.-1) is clearly contrary to

judgment of this Court dated 15.01.2020, rendered in the case of

Kiran Kumari Vs. State & Ors. (SBCWP No.14964/2019).

The matter requires consideration.

Issue notice. Issue notice of the stay application also.

Mr. K. S. Rajpurohit, accepts notice on behalf of the

respondents and prays for some time to complete his instructions.

List the petition on 26.10.2021.

Meanwhile, effect and operation of the impugned order dated

24.09.2021 (Annex.-1) shall remain stayed qua the petitioner.
