An application (01/2021) has been preferred on behalf of

the petitioner seeking extension of interim order in view of the

judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of

Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Central

Bureau of Investigation, reported in (2018) 16 SCC 299.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and after

perusing the material available on record, prima facie, it appears

that it is a case where stay is required to be continued to secure

the ends of justice. Hence, the aforesaid application is allowed.

The interim order dated 01.03.2021 granted by this Court is

extended till further orders.
