Counsel for the petitioner has contended that in order dated

21.12.2020, in the order sheet, it has mentioned that notices were

sent by the registered post and same were delivered and also the

delivery report and postal receipt were produced before the Court.

It is further contended that no such notices through

registered post were sent and no services were effected upon

petitioner's address.

Office is directed to call for the record from the concerned

Court.

List this matter after two weeks.
