Learned counsel Mr. Mahendra Bishnoi appearing on behalf of

the respondent No.3 prays for some time to file reply to the writ

petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that despite

the order of this Court dated 11.11.2020, whereby the SBCWP

No.11228/2020 was decided, the respondent have failed to grant

(2 of 2) [CW-11246/2021]

affiliation to the petitioner-institution, though the petitioner-

institution has deposited the amount as directed by this Court.

In such circumstances, it is ordered that the respondent No.3

shall immediately include the name of the petitioner-institution in

the list of eligible institution to undertake B.Sc. Nursing Course for

the academic session 2020-21 and shall also activate the web

portal link of the petitioner in situation for the purpose of

registration of students for scholarship for the session 2020-21.
