Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in SB

Civil Writ Petition No.5227/2021 (Gayatri Vidhyapeeth Vs.

State of Rajasthan and Others), this Court has issued a

direction to the respondents to consider the application of the

petitioner-institution for enhancement of seats in B.Sc. Nursing

Course for the academic-session 2021-22 onwards.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a

direction to the respondents to consider and decide the application

(2 of 2) [CW-13762/2021]

of the petitioner-institution for enhancement of seats from 50 to

100 for B.Sc. Nursing Course for academic-session 2021-22

onwards by making proper inspection and completing all

necessary formalities. Appropriate speaking order shall be passed

preferably within a period of three months from today strictly in

accordance with law, if the Covid-19 situation improves.

Stay petition also stands disposed of.
