Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

respondents are considering candidature of the persons who are

holding graduation degree in Architecture as equivalent

qualification to diploma course in Architecture for appointment on

the post of Senior Draftsmen in pursuance of advertisement dated

10.08.2021. Relying on a Full Bench Judgment of the Hon'ble

Allahabad High Court in case of Deepak Singh and 9 Ors. Vs.

State of U.P. and 8 others, Writ-A No.24273 of 2018 and

other connected matters decided on 23.07.2019 involving identical

controversy, learned counsel submitted that a graduation degree

in Architecture cannot be reckoned as equivalent in the diploma

course in the same field.

Issue Notice. Notices may be given 'dasti' to the learned

counsel for the petitioner.

List the matter on 13.12.2021 as prayed.
