Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the pasture land

has been allotted by the District Collector, Dausa vide order dated

17.02.2021 without following the due procedure of law.

Counsel relied upon the judgment passed by the Division

Bench of this court in the matter of Mohan Ram & Another Vs.

State of Rajasthan & Ors. in D.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.12587/2019 decided on 17.03.2021.

In that view of the matter, issue notice to the respondents

returnable by four weeks.

Meanwhile, operation of the order dated 17.02.2021

(Annexure-4) shall remain stayed.
