Heard.

The petitioner seeks appointment on the post of "Safai

Karamchari" pursuant to the advertisement issued by the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has frankly admitted that the

selection process pursuant to the advertisement issued by the

respondents has already been completed and no vacancies are

available.

In view of the above admitted position, that the selection process

has attained finality, I am not inclined to interfere in this writ petition,

hence the same is dismissed.
