Mr. Mahesh Thanvi, learned counsel appearing for

the respondent No.3 - RPSC has submitted that the

controversy involved in this writ petition is squarely

covered by the decision of the learned Single Bench of

this Court rendered in SBCWP No.8530/2018 decided on

15.11.2021 and the Division Bench of this Court rendered

in DBCWP No.8204/2020 decided on 21.10.2021.

The aforesaid application is considered and allowed.
