The matter comes up for consideration of application No.1/21

preferred on behalf of applicant - Manohar Lal with a prayer to

implead him as party respondent in this writ petition.

Learned counsel Mr. C.S. Kotwani appearing for applicant -

Manohar Lal has argued that in this writ petition, the petitioner

has prayed for cancellation of patta issued in favour of the

applicant by Municipal Board, Bhadra. It is submitted that if any

order in relation to the patta is passed, then, the applicant -

Manohar Lal would be prejudiced and, in such circumstances, he is

a necessary party for the purpose of adjudication of the dispute

raised in this writ petition.

The aforesaid application preferred on behalf of applicant -

Manohar Lal is not opposed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and after going

through the averments made in the application, applicant -

Manohar Lal is impleaded as party respondent No.6 in this writ

petition.

Amended cause title be filed within a period of one week.

Learned counsel Mr. C.S. Kotwani prays for and is granted

three weeks time to file reply in the writ petition.

List after three weeks.
