JUSTICE DINESH MEHTA Order 17/11/2021

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that

the suit has already been decided by the trial Court vide order

dated 10.11.2021.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed as

having become infructuous.

3. Needless to observe that the petitioner shall be free to

challenge the order dated 10.11.2021, while filing appeal against

the final judgment and decree.

4. Stay application too stands dismissed.
