      In wake of second surge in the COVID-19 cases, abundant

caution is being maintained, while hearing the matters in Court,

for the safety of all concerned.

      The service upon the respondents is already complete.

      Mr. Pankaj Sharma, learned AAG, was directed to make his

appearance. He has made his appearance.

      Counsel for the petitioner makes a limited submission that

his   representation    may         be     decided        while   keeping    into

consideration judgment passed by this Hon'ble Court (Jaipur

Bench) in the matter of State of Rajasthan & Anr. Vs. The

                                           In light of such limited submission, present writ petition is

                                   disposed of while directing the respondents to consider the

                                   representation of the petitioner by passing a speaking order within

                                   a    period   of   three     months        from      today while     keeping   into

                                   consideration the mandate of precedent law of State of Rajasthan

                                   & Anr. Vs. The management Commitee Sh. Bhagwawn Das Todi

                                   College (Supra).
