Heard learned counsel for the parties.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners, I am not

inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, hence this bail

application is rejected.

However, the petitioners are permitted to surrender before

the concerned trial Court on or before 23.11.2021 and file an

application for bail under Section 437 Cr.P.C. and it is expected

from the concerned trial Court that the bail application will be

decided on the same day.

Till 23.11.2021, the petitioners shall not be arrested in

connection with F.I.R. No.129/2021, Police Station Barmer Rural,

District Barmer, for offences under Sections 148, 149, 323, 308

and 458 of Indian Penal Code.
