Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the

controversy involved in the present writ petition is identical to the

controversy involved in D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.15131/2021. It

is also submitted that this Court, after considering the submissions

made on behalf of petitioner in that petition, was pleased to issue

notice and also granted interim relief.

In view of the above, issue notice, returnable on 08.12.2021.

In the meanwhile, effect and operation of order dated

31.08.2021 shall remain stayed.

Connect with D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.15131/2021.
