Learned counsel for the appellants stated that copy of memo

of appeal is supplied to learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

respondents today itself.

List the matter along with CFA No.249/2021.

Civil First Appeal No. 249/2021:-

Heard learned counsel for the appellants.

Learned counsel for the appellants stated this instant appeal

is filed by the appellants against the judgment dated 19.04.2021

passed by Additional District Judge, No.1, Parbatsar, District

Nagaur, in Civil Suit No.11/2013 (C.I.S. No.490/2014). An order

(2 of 2) [CFA-440/2021]

dated 05.10.2021 has been has been passed by co-ordinate Bench

of this Court in favour of the appellants but at that time, no order

in regard to disbursement of the amount has been passed. He

further stated that the amount of disbursement has been paid by

the appellants to the respondents.

Admit.

Learned counsel Mr. M.R. Choudhary appears on behalf of

the respondents, therefore, service is complete.

In view of the above and in the interest of Justice, it is

directed that the amount so deposited by the appellants shall be

disbursed to the plaintiffs in the terms of the impugned judgment.

The stay order dated 05.10.2021 is hereby confirmed till

disposal of the appeal.

List the matter in due course.
