Shri Farzand Ali, learned Addl. Advocate General has placed

on record the statement of the corpus Mst. 'P' recorded under

Section 164 Cr.P.C. wherein she has categorically affirmed the fact

that her marriage has been solemnized with Rakesh Prajapat of

her own free will and volition on 21.04.2021 and that she is not

under any kind of illegal confinement.

In this view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration

of this Court in this habeas corpus petition, which is disposed of.

Rule is discharged.
