Lawyers are not physically appearing in the Court in view of

the unprecedented situation being faced by the country due to

pandemic of novel corona virus (COVID-19).

Instant Revision Petition petition has been filed by the

petitioner assailing the validity of the judgment dated 15.02.2020

passed by Additional Session Judge No.2, Chittorgarh in Criminal

Appeal No.137/2017 (Pravin Regar V/s Pankaj & Anr.) affirming

the judgment dated 27.04.2017 passed by Special Judicial

Magistrate (N.I. Act), Chittorgarh in Criminal Original Case

No.1542/2016 (Pankaj & Anr. V/s Pravin Regar.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that after the judgments

passed by the two courts below, the parties have entered into a

compromise. The factum of compromise is not disputed by the

counsel for the complainant.

Having considered the submissions made at the bar and

upon perusal of the impugned judgments, impugned judgments

dated 15.02.2020 passed by Additional Sessions Judge No.2,

Chittorgarh and judgment dated 27.04.2017 passed by Special

Judicial Magistrate (N.I. Act), Chittorgarh are quashed subject to

the condition that the petitioner deposits 10% of the cheque

amount before the trial court within a period of four weeks.

The revision petition as well as Misc. Bail application

(suspension of sentence) are disposed of in above terms.
