1. Mr. Kailash Jangid, learned counsel for the petitioner submits

that the controversy involved in the present writ petition is

squarely covered by the judgment of this Court dated 02.04.2019,

(2 of 2) [CW-10335/2020]

Sunita Kumari Meena Vs. State of Raj. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition

No.23680/2018).

2. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ

petition is disposed of with the direction to file fresh

representation along with certified copy of the order instant, a

photostat copy of the judgment of Sunita Kumari Meena Vs. State

of Raj. and a photostat copy of the earlier representation.

3. In case, representation is so addressed within a period of

three weeks from today, the competent authority shall consider

and decide the same, preferably within six weeks of receipt

thereof.

4. It is made clear that aforesaid direction to decide the

representation has been issued only with a view to ensure

expeditious redressal of petitioner's grievance. The same may not

be construed to be an order to decide the representation in a

particular manner.

5. The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
