The present application has been filed by the petitioner for

extension of time for depositing the amount as ordered by this

Court vide order dated 02.03.2021, passed in SB Cr. Misc. Petition

No.1296/2021.

For reasons stated in the application, the application is

allowed. Seven days' more time is granted to the petitioner to

deposit the amount as ordered by this Court vide order dated

02.03.2021, passed in SB Cr. Misc. Petition No.1296/2021, failing

which the trial court shall proceed against the petitioner.
