The petitioner herein has approached this Court through this

misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR

No.24/2020 registered at Police Station Siwana, District Barmer.

Learned Public Prosecutor has placed on record the IO's

factual report as per which, investigation has been completed and

the offences under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471/120-B IPC

have been found proved against the petitioner.

Learned counsel Shri Pradeep Shah craves liberty to

withdraw the instant criminal misc. petition seeking leave that the

petitioner may be allowed to raise all his objections before the trial

court at the appropriate stage.

                                         The prayer so made is justified.                 Thus, the instant misc.

petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty prayed for. Stay

application is also disposed of.
