                                Judgment

1.   Learned   counsel       for   the     petitioners          submits   that   the

petitioners would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the

respondent Municipal Corporation Sagwara to consider petitioners'

representation (Annex.8) expeditiously.

2. The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with the direction

to the petitioners to file fresh representation alongwith photostat

(2 of 2) [CW-4259/2021]

copy of their earlier representation and a certified copy of the

order instant within a period of two weeks from today.

3. In case such representation is filed, the respondents shall

decide the same within a period of four weeks on receipt thereof.

4. It is made clear that aforesaid direction to decide the

representation has been issued only with a view to ensure

expeditious redressal of petitioners' grievance. The same may not

be construed to be an order to decide the representation in a

particular manner.

5. The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
