The matter comes up on an application at the instance of the

respondent No.2 for disbursement of amount so deposited by the

petitioner before the trial court in terms of the order dated

22.10.2020 passed by this Court.

For reasons stated in the application, the application is

allowed. The trial court is directed to immediately disburse the

amount in favour of the respondent No.2 which has been

deposited by the petitioner in terms of the order dated 22.10.2020

passed by this Court.
