Judgment

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner

would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to

decide her representation dated 17.06.2020 expeditiously.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed

of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation,

along with photo-stat copy of the earlier representation and

certified copy of the order instant within a period of two weeks.

3. In case, a representation is so addressed within the aforesaid

period, the respondents shall consider and decide the same in

accordance with law; however, in no case later than six weeks

from the date of receipt of the representation.

4. It is made clear that aforesaid direction to decide the

representation has been issued only with a view to ensure

expeditious redressal of petitioner's grievance. The same may not

be construed to be an order to decide the representation in a

particular manner.

5. The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
