After attempting to argue the matters on merits for quite

some time, learned counsel for the petitioners have submitted

that they do not want to press these criminal misc. bail

applications, however, seek liberty for the petitioners to file fresh

bail applications before the trial court after recording the

statements of the so called eye witnesses namely Sandeep @ CP,

Vijay Pal Singh @ Babbi, Sandeep Kumar Gandhi and Prem Singh

@ Penty.

Accordingly, these criminal misc. bail applications preferred

by the petitioners under Section 439 Cr.P.C. are dismissed as not

pressed with the liberty sought for.
