A letter dated 05.02.2021 has been received from the

learned Judicial Magistrate, Suratgarh, District Sri Ganganagar

informing that the accused-petitioner Khan did not appear before

the trial court in the month of January, 2021 for his attendance in

compliance of the directions issued by this Court.

Counsel for the petitioner assures this Court that the

petitioner shall appear before the trial court for his attendance on

the date as fixed by this Court.

In view of assurance given by the counsel for the petitioner,

the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial court on or

before 01.04.2021 for his attendance.
