The matter comes up on an application dated

24.02.2021 - Inward No.1/21 filed on behalf of the petitioner

seeking correction in the cause title of the bail application,

wherein the age of petitioner No.2 Shankra Ram son of Kunwra

Ram is mentioned as 28 years.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that

both the petitioners are son and father in relation and the age of

petitioner No.2, Shankra Ram has wrongly been mentioned in the

cause title as 28 years. It is further submitted that the actual age

of the petitioner No.2 is 48 years. Learned counsel for the

petitioners has, therefore, prayed that the necessary correction

may kindly be ordered to be made.

In view of the above, the typographical error occurred

in cause title of the bail application is allowed to be corrected.

The application is allowed.

Amended cause title, already filed, be taken on record.

List the matter after a week.
