The instant misc. petition has been filed by the petitioners

seeking quashing of FIR No.67/2014, registered at Police Station

Pokaran, District Jaisalmer for the offences under Sections 420,

467, 468, 471 & 120B IPC.

Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a factual report

dated 02.03.2021 received from the SHO PS Pokaran, as per

which, thorough investigation was conducted and the case of the

complainant was found to be false. A negative final report has

been submitted in the court concerned on 28.01.2020.

In this view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration

of this Court in this misc. petition which is dismissed as

infructuous.
