The instant criminal misc. petition has been filed by the

petitioners seeking quashing of FIR No.58/2019 registered at

Police Station Ghantaghar, Udaipur.

Learned Public Prosecutor has filed a factual report dated

02.03.2021 as per which, investigation was concluded and a

charge-sheet has been filed against the accused Smt. Gayatri

Rathore, Smt. Saraswati Devi, and Ms.Yamini Rathore @ Ranu in

the court concerned for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 427

& 354/34 IPC on 13.08.2020. The petitioners, other than these

three ladies, have not been found responsible for the offences.

In this background, leaving the charge-sheeted accused at

liberty to raise all their objections before the trial court at the

appropriate stage of proceedings, the instant criminal misc.

petition as well as the stay application are dismissed as

infructuous.
