The matter comes up on an application seeking extension of

the interim order passed by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court on

21.08.2018.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is

allowed in view of the Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in

Asian resurfacing of Road Agency pvt. Ltd. and ors. Vs. Central

Bureau of Investigation AIR 2018 SC 2039, decided on

28.03.2018.

The interim order dated 21.08.2018 shall remain in currency

till further orders.

List the matter on 05.04.2021.
