After arguing the matter at great length, Shri Bishnoi does

not press the instant bail application seeking leave that the

petitioner may be allowed to file a fresh bail application after the

statement of the Seizure Officer and the Investigating Officer are

recorded at the trial.

Learned Public Prosecutor does not object to the said

submission.

Accordingly, the instant bail application is dismissed as not

pressed with the liberty prayed for.
