2. Will of corpus was asked as to whether she wants to go with

the petitioner, to which the corpus refused to go with the

petitioner and stated before the Court that she wants to stay with

her parents and petitioner forcefully entered into marriage with

her.

3. We have considered the contentions.

4. In view of the fact that corpus does not want to go with the

petitioner and that she is not in illegal confinement, the Habeas

Corpus Petition is dismissed.
