The application (Inward No. 1/21) preferred on behalf of the

petitioner with a prayer for declaring the result of BA final year

examination, in which, the petitioner appeared as per the direction

of this Court.

Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that the

controversy involved in this writ petition regarding eligibility of the

petitioner for appearing BA 1st year examination having subjects

other than the subjects, for which the petitioner has filed the

admission form. It is, therefore, submitted that without deciding

the said controversy, result of the BA final year examination of the

petitioner cannot be declared.

In view of the above fact, I am of the opinion that without

deciding the controversy involved in this writ petition regarding

eligibility of the petitioner for her appearance in the BA 1 st year

examination, result of the BA final year examination cannot be

declared, hence, the application (Inward No. 1/21) is dismissed.

List for admission in the first week of August,2021.
