1. Ms. Akshiti Singhvi, learned counsel appearing for the State,

submits that in the judgment dated 17.07.2020, the stipulation of

interset @ 12% was made by Hon'ble the Supreme Court in light

of the undertaking, which was filed by the petitioner's Kotputli

unit.

2. Learned counsel invites Court's attention towards the

undertaking filed by the present unit of the petitioner company

and points out that a clear undertaking was given to pay interest

@ 18% and argues that the rate of interest, i.e. 12%, ordered by

the Court, therefore, needs to be reviewed.

3. The matter requires consideration.

4. Issue notice, returnable within 6 weeks.
