1. Defect/s pointed out by the registry is/are waived.

2. Petitioner has filed this third interim bail application under

Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

3. F.I.R. No.288/2019 was registered at Police Station Sadar,

Dholpur for offence under Sections 363 & 366 of I.P.C.

4. It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that petitioner's

daughter marriage is scheduled on 18.07.2021, interim bail is

sought on account of marriage of his daughter.

5. Counsel for the complainant and counsel for the complainant

have opposed the third interim bail application.

6. I have considered the contentions.

7. Taking note of the fact that the marriage of petitioner's

(2 of 2) [CRLMB-11485/2021]

daughter is to be held on 18.07.2021, I deem it proper to allow

this third interim bail application.

8. This third interim bail application is accordingly allowed and

it is directed that accused-petitioner shall be released on interim

bail for a period of two weeks from the date of release. Petitioner

is granted interim bail provided she furnishes a personal bond in

the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac only) together with

two sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand

only) each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court.

9. Petitioner is directed to surrender on 30.07.2021.
