In the meanwhile, operation/execution of the impugned

judgment and award dated 07.06.2018 passed by the Additional

District Judge, Tonk is stayed on the condition that the appellants

deposit the 50% award amount within two months with the court

below. On such deposit being made, the claimants shall be at

liberty to withdraw the deposited amount on their furnishing an

undertaking on oath to the effect that if the appellants ultimately

succeed in the appeal, the said amount shall be refunded with

interest @ 6% per annum from the date of withdrawal till its

realization.
