This bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

in connection with FIR No.272/2020 registered at Police Station,

Sadar Nimbahera, District Chittorgarh for offence under Section(s)

394/34 of IPC.

No one is present on behalf of the petitioner.

Heard learned Public Prosecutor and perused the entire

material available on record.

Looking into the nature of allegations and that the co-

accused-Bablu & Prahlad have already been enlarged on bail by

this Court, but without commenting on merits of the case, I deem

it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Therefore, this bail application is allowed and it is ordered

that the accused petitioner - Hiralal S/o Sita Ram, be released

on bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in connection with aforesaid FIR

provided the petitioner furnishes a personal bond of Rs.20,000/-

with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the

concerned Magistrate with the stipulation that he shall comply

with all the conditions laid down under Section 437(3) Cr.P.C.
