The first bail application of the petitioner was dismissed as

not pressed on 18.02.2021 while granting liberty to the petitioner

to file fresh bail application before the trail court after receipt of

DNA examination report.

Admittedly, the same has not been received till date, hence,

I am not inclined to entertain this criminal misc. bail application at

this stage. Hence, this criminal misc. bail application under

Section 439 Cr.P.C. is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file

fresh bail application before the trial court after receipt of the DNA

examination report.
