information regarding the efforts made to arrest the absconding

accused Ajaypal Singh and the Investigating Officer is also not

present today in Court.

absconding accused, has been listed today.

Thus, file of the Habeas Corpus petition will be closed.

Shri Farzand Ali, learned AAG shall instruct the concerned

Police officials to remain present in the Court on the next date of

hearing to explain the steps being taken to arrest the absconding

accused.
