For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Anil Kumar Singh

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIJAY BISHNOI

Judgment / Order

14/07/2021

This writ petition has been preferred on behalf of the

petitioners essentially with a contention that though the

Board of Revenue, Ajmer vide order dated 29.10.2020 in

application No.4099/2020 has directed the District

Collector, Bikaner to constitute a committee of revenue

officials to verify about the revenue record and

possession of various Khatedars in certain Khasra

numbers of Village Kanasar, Tehsil and Distt. Bikaner and,

thereafter, to take action against the encroachers within

15 days, however, the District Collector, Bikaner has not

taken any action in this regard.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and

after going through the material available on record, I

deem it appropriate to direct the petitioners to move

appropriate representation before the District Collector,

Bikaner with a request to comply with the directions

given by the Board of Revenue, Ajmer vide order dated

29.10.2020.

(3 of 3) [CW-8825/2021]

If any such representation is filed on behalf of the

petitioners before the District Collector, Bikaner, it is

expected that the District Collector, Bikaner shall consider

and decide the same objectively strictly in accordance

with law expeditiously.

With the above observations, this writ petition is

disposed of.
