Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the
only limited prayer of the petitioner is to the effect that the
respondent may be directed to pass appropriate orders on the
application filed by the petitioner-Institution for establishing
Pharmacy College for B.Pharma Course.
In view of the limited prayer of the learned counsel for the
petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to
consider the application of the petitioner-Institution to establish a
Pharmacy College for B.Pharma Course. All the formalities shall be
completed strictly in accordance with law preferably within a
(2 of 2) [CW-8600/2021]
period of three months from today, if the Covid-19 situation
improves.
Stay petition also stand disposed of.
