Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned

order dated 06.07.2021 (Annex.1) is clearly contrary to the

judgment of this Court dated 15.01.2020, rendered in the case of

Kiran Kumari vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (SBCWP

No.14964/2019).

The matter requires consideration.

Issue notice. Issue notice of stay application also.

Mr. K.S. Rajpurohit, AAG, is directed to accept notices on

behalf of the respondents.

Meanwhile, effect and operation of the order impugned dated
