This bail application has been filed by the petitioner under

Section 439 Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.211/2018 registered

at Police Station, Abu Road, District Sirohi for offence under

Sections 420, 406, 409 IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned

Public Prosecutor and perused the entire material available on

record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge-

sheet in the matter has already been filed, the allegations against

the petitioner are triable by the court of a Magistrate and the trial

is likely to take time.

Looking to nature of allegations and that the charge sheet in

the case has been filed, without commenting on merits of the

case, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, this bail application is allowed and it is ordered

that the accused petitioner - Rajesh Goyal s/o Mithan Lal

Agrawal be released on bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in

connection with aforesaid FIR No.211/2018 registered at Police

Station, Abu Road, District Sirohi provided the petitioner furnishes

a personal bond of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like

amount, to the satisfaction of the concerned Magistrate with the

stipulation that he shall comply with all the conditions laid down

under Section 437 (3) CrPC.
