1. Mr. Jangid, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

relating to the recruitment of Teacher Grade-III Level-I and II,

advertisement dated 24.02.2012, a Division Bench of this Court

vide judgment dated 08.01.2020 rendered in the case of

Namonarayan Sharma & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.

(DBSAW No.908/2017) has disposed of the appeal filed at Jaipur

Bench with the following directions:-

"Accordingly, these appeals as well as all the applications moved by the interventions stand disposed of directing the respondents to work out as

to how many posts out of 41000 notified for the year 2012 recruitment remain unfilled as of today on account of the fact that the candidates who were offered appointment did not join or after joining resigned or left the service and all of them would be treated as vacant posts. Thereafter, the mandamus issued by the learned Single Judge in Umesh Singhal's case shall be complied with. The entire exercise shall be completed within eight weeks from today by the respondents."

2. Mr. Jangid, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

the present writ petition may also be disposed of in terms of the

judgment aforesaid so that petitioner's case/candidature be also

considered in terms of the directions issued in case of

Namonarayan Sharma (supra).

3. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed

of with the directions to the respondents to consider petitioner's

candidature along with the candidates to be considered in terms of

the order passed by Jaipur Bench in the case of Namonarayan

Sharma (supra).

4. The stay application stands disposed of accordingly.
