Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

in writ petition involving identical issue, this Court while

issuing notices of the writ petition as well as stay petition

has passed stay order.

Issue notice. Issue notice of the stay petition as well,

returnable on 22.2.2021.

Meanwhile, the respondents are retrained from

removing the siphon installed at RD No. 826 (R)

(2 of 2) [CW-12006/2020]

supplying water to the petitioner's fields by effect of the

impugned order (Annexure-6) dated 27.11.2017 and

order (Annexure-7) dated 12.3.2018.
