This appeal has been preferred by the appellants-claimants

against the judgment dated 04.07.2009 passed by learned MACT

Jaipur City, Jaipur seeking enhancement of compensation.

Both the learned counsels appearing for the respective

parties have submitted a joint application dated 22.01.2021 under

(2 of 2) [CMA-426/2010]

Section 151 Cr.P.C.; whereunder, as per compromise entered into

between the parties, the respondent no.3 has agreed to pay a

further sum of Rs.14,00,000/- to the claimants. They prayed for

disposal of appeal in terms of compromise between the parties.

The appeal is allowed in terms of compromise between the

parties. The terms of compromise may be treated as part and

parcel of this order. The disbursement of enhanced amount shall

be subject to direction of the learned Tribunal.

With the aforesaid directions, the appeal stands allowed. The

application no.1/20 stands disposed of.

Record of the learned Tribunal be remitted back immediately.
