Heard learned counsel for the appellant through video

conferencing.

In the meantime and till the next date of hearing, effect,

operation and execution of the impugned judgment and decree

dated 18.12.2010 passed by learned Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), Arnod

in C.O.S. No.10/2008 which was confirmed by learned Judge,

Family Court, Pratapgarh in Civil Appeal No.13/2017 (03/2011)

shall remain stayed.

As requested by learned counsel for the appellant, list the

matter for admission after four weeks.
