Learned counsel for the parties have submitted that the

matter has been referred to the Mediation Centre, Rajasthan High

Court Jodhpur by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order

dated 05.02.2021 with a direction to the petitioner and the

complainant to remain present before the Mediation Centre,

Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur on 19.02.2021, however, on that

date, on account of examination of the complainant, she could not

appear for mediation.

Learned counsel for the parties have, therefore, prayed that

the matter again may kindly be placed before the Mediation

Centre, Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur on 08.03.2021 and on that

date, the petitioner and the complainant will remain present

before it.

In such circumstances, the matter be placed before the

Mediation Centre, Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur on 08.03.2021

and the petitioner and the complainant are directed to remain

present before it on 08.03.2021 and thereafter whenever

required.

List on 05.04.2021.

Meanwhile and till the next date, the petitioner shall not be

arrested in connection with the FIR No.105/2020 of Woman Police

Station, District Jaisalmer.
