The corpus Mst. 'P' has been produced in the Court by Shri

Narayan Singh Chauhan, SHO PS Karoi, Bhilwara and Ms. Pramila,

FC No.1520. She is a major girl. We conferred with her in the

Court. With full confidence at her command, she stated that she is

married to one Rampal Sharma. She was maltreated on which,

she voluntarily left the matrimonial home and went away to Delhi.

Now after being traced out, she is desirous of going to her

maternal home. We, therefore, direct that the corpus shall be

safely escorted to her mother's house.

With above observations, the instant habeas corpus petition

is disposed of. Rule is discharged.
