1. Mr. Sushil Solanki, learned counsel for the petitioners

submits that present case is squarely covered by the direction

given by the Division Bench at Jaipur on 08.01.2020 in the case of

Namonarayan Sharma & Ors. Vs. The State of Raj. & Ors.

(D.B. Special Appeal Writ No.908/2017).

2. Without pronouncing upon petitioners' right, the present writ

petition is disposed of with the direction to the petitioners to file a

representation before the competent authority within a period of

(2 of 2) [CW-2899/2021]

15 days, alongwith the copy of the order instant and a

photocopy/web copy of the Division Bench judgment passed in

Namonarayan Sharma's case(supra).

3. In case such representation is filed within a period of two

weeks from today, the respondent shall consider petitioners' case

also, in accordance with enunciation made in Namonarayan

Sharma's case (supra).

4. The stay petition also stands disposed of.
