19/02/2021

1. By way of the present contempt petition, the petitioner has

alleged non-compliance of the order dated 12.10.2017, passed by

Coordinate Bench of this Court in petitioner's writ petition.

2. A reply to the contempt petition has been filed by the

respondents, inter alia indicating that the petitioner has not

furnished requisite particulars, which could enable the

respondents to comply with the order.

3. A perusal of notice for demand of justice dated 06.09.2018,

enclosed with the writ petition, shows that the petitioner has not

given requisite particulars, as were required by this Court in the

judgment aforesaid.

4. In view of the aforesaid, this Court is of the view that the

respondents are not guilty of non-compliance of the order passed

by this Court much less deliberate disobedience.

5. Notices of contempt are, hereby, discharged.

6. The contempt petitions stand disposed of for statistical

purposes.

7. Needless to observe that in case the petitioner files a fresh

representation, giving out requisite details, as is required by this

Court in its judgment dated 12.10.2017, the respondents shall do

the needful in accordance with law.
